Prey Air Filtration Control Room. Get back to that location and go through the decontamination area on level 1. You'll get to the life support area of talos i during the reboot main story mission.
Air filtration control room is located on level 2 of life support section of the station.

Finding the reactor control room door should be simple enough, as it will be clearly marked by a waypoint as you make your way through the station. Missing engineer (quest) is a side quest in prey (2017).
